« César Ancelle Hansen grew up in the north of France and made his first shots there in the late 1990s. By settling in Biarritz, the young emergency doctor was able to continue his passion for photography around the ocean, infinite forms that he wears as beings that split him, in a universe of warm and luminous colors. The surf, of course, but also the beach and its many characters where the beautiful does not necessarily oppose the ugly, the old is not necessarily the antagonist of the young, the body allowing itself audacity that only summer has allowed him. Silhouettes or icons, details with limpid beauty, a sense of frame and composition that highlights the unusual, César Ancelle-Hansen paints the world around him with the eternal colors of the sun, the sea and the wind. »
